Strongliving provides Bulk Billed (Medicare), NDIS, and Private Services at our rehabilitation friendly gym facility and clinic. We use the most current, progressive and research based practices to assist you with a variety of injuries, pain, conditions.

INJURY & PAIN REHABILITATION

Our Exercise Physiologists & Physiotherapists conduct a comprehensive bio-mechanical and postural assessment. The assessment is designed to identify underlying cause of the injury that may be from any range of motion restrictions, postural imbalances, muscular weakness and functional limitations.

Assessment outcomes allow us to create a personalised rehabilitation program that not only relieves you from the injury/pain, but prevents it from reoccurring.

INJURY & PAIN REHABILITATION
CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT

We believe in lifestyle interventions as opposed to masking the symptoms of a disease with just a pill. We will work closely with your GP to design your personalised program to help manage your chronic disease. Our goal is to restore and enlighten all aspects of your daily living and health.

 

Our movement specialists have experience working with complex clients diagnosed with multiple chronic diseases. Exercise forms a significant component of treating various conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease.

Your doctor will determine whether you fit the Chronic Disease Management eligibility and can organise a referral to see one of our Exercise Physiologists. Our practitioners are all registered Medicare providers and are available to help you today.
